On Sunday morning, we seek to glorify God by growing in our knowledge of the faith. Our Sunday School class covers relevant topics, books, and scripture as applicable to the life of the believer and the church.  With the exception of Children’s Sunday School, we don’t segregate into different classes based on age, gender, or status, but seek to have the many diverse members of our congregation learning side-by-side.

Note: Our Wednesday evening bible study operates on a semester schedule. We are currently having small groups, which are exclusive to members of the church, on Wednesday evenings. There are no public activities at the church building.

On Wednesday evenings, we come together for an inductive bible study. This study is designed to help us form a deeper understanding, familiarity, and love for God’s word. There is also a bible study for children ages 5 and up.

My name is Grant Miller, and I have had the joy of serving as an elder at 6th Avenue for several years.  6th Ave is the only church I have ever attended.  I once believed at a young age that I knew Christ, but it was only at the age of 24 that I was truly convicted of my need for a Savior, and I repented of my sins and began to trust in Christ in 2008.  The Lord has since been very kind to open my eyes to the deep truths of his Word.  My wife Alison and I have been married since 2005, and we have four children (Cohen, Micah, Eisley, and Maddux).  I work for an engineering company in Huntsville, AL.  I love spending time with my family, listening to music, reading, and being with the members of the church.
